처음 보는 에러 메시지여서 여기저기 검색해보니, GitHub 서버 문제라고 한다..
아래 링크에서도 실시간으로 몇십분째 동일한 문제에 대하여 호소하고 있다..! 앞으로 같은 문제가 발생하면 들어가보면 좋을 것 같다.
